Terms of service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These terms apply to tikli.ai and the Tikli service, operated by Doron Nazaretsky, licensed sole proprietor no. 209130368 ("we"). The service is for mortgage-advice offices ("the office"). The Hebrew version prevails.
The service
Tikli collects documents from the office's clients over WhatsApp on the office's behalf, reads and checks them, follows up on what is missing and organises the case in the office's Google Drive. It is in a pilot stage and may change or be interrupted.
No advice
Tikli does not give mortgage, financial or legal advice and makes no decisions on a case. Its findings support the advisor, who remains responsible for reviewing them. AI can make mistakes.
The office's responsibilities
- Inform its clients that it uses Tikli and obtain any consent required by law.
- Use the service only for its clients' mortgage cases.
- Comply with WhatsApp and Google policies; no marketing or spam through the service.
- Keep account credentials safe.
Data
We process client data on the office's behalf under the privacy policy and a data processing agreement. Documents belong to the office and its clients and are kept in the office's Drive.
Fees
Pilot terms are agreed separately with each office.
Liability
The service is provided as is during the pilot. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the 12 months before the event.
Termination
Either party may stop at any time by written notice. We delete the office's data held by us within 30 days; documents remain in the office's Drive.
Law
Israeli law applies; the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
