Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your data from Tikli at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Write "delete my data" in your WhatsApp conversation with Tikli, or email privacy@tikli.ai with the phone number you used.
2. We verify the request came from you, for example by a message to your WhatsApp number.
3. Within 30 days we delete your conversations and data held by us, and confirm the deletion to you.

What is deleted

• By us: conversation content, operational data and temporary copies of documents.
• By the office: documents are stored in the Google Drive of the mortgage-advice office handling your case. We forward your request to the office, which may be required by law to keep some documents.
• By WhatsApp: messages on your phone and on WhatsApp's servers are subject to WhatsApp's policies.
